SCHEDULING AND FINANCING BREAST AUGMENTATION
Payment in full will reserve your chosen day for you. We often find that multiple patients request the same times for surgery. The week before spring break, the week before Thanksgiving, and the week after Christmas, are especially popular. Past patients have reserved a date for surgery, only to find that unexpected expenses made them unable to keep that date. Their disappointment was shared by others who had wanted that same surgery date, but had been required to schedule at a different time because we had promised the preferred date to the person who eventually did not keep it. It has turned out that the fairest way to provide the best service to the most patients is to finalize scheduling when we receive payment in full for the procedure.
We are currently doing our cosmetic surgery procedures at Boone Hospital Center. Our package prices cover all outpatient charges, including the preoperative consultation, the implants (if any), the lab/EKG/X-ray charges (if any), the hospital and anesthesia charges, surgeon's fee for doing the operation, and all postoperative care provided by the surgeon. If you require a preoperative mammogram, you should arrange it through your health insurance plan, as mammogram fees are not included in the package price for the surgery. If you should have a complication that requires additional care, such as overnight hospitalization or a return to the emergency room or to the operating room, you will incur additional hospital charges and possibly anesthesia charges for treatment of your complication.
Payment is accepted by personal or cashier's check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
WEB REBATE
We offer a WEB REFUND. At the time of your consultation, you will see that our before-and-after photos are taken with care to not show faces or jewelry. This protects the identity of the person being photographed. We are building a website for our practice, showcasing our good results. The photos for the website do not show any faces, and no names will be used. You will not be identified in any way. If you would be willing to let us use your photos on our Website, we offer a $300.00 refund at the time you return for your final checkup at 9 months after surgery.
FINANCING
The following are some general examples of what a lender may be looking for when considering your application for a loan:
A borrower - Homeowner or same residence 7 years. Same job > 5 yrs. No negative payment history. Not overextended with current debts.
B-C borrower - Typically, someone with little or no credit history, or past problems that have been corrected. Same job> 2yrs. May need family member as co-signer. The interest rate will vary based on your credit history and the loan may require some type of down payment prior to surgery.
D borrower - For example, someone who has had serious credit problems in the past and may have even filed bankruptcy. This loan, if approved, would have a much higher rate of interest and require a substantial down payment prior to surgery.
